New Patients

During your initial visit, you will be seen by our staff, who will ask about your medical history and your symptoms. Dr. Massoudi will then perform a focused neurological examination. After reviewing your medical history and diagnostic tests, you will be presented with a number of treatment options. We will inform you of the risks and benefits of each option and will assist you in making the final decision concerning which option is best for you.


Telemedicine Visits

We offfer real-time, virtual visits conducted from the safety and comfort of your own home.


All prescriptions will be refilled during normal business hours. We do not refill prescriptions after hours or on weekends. If you are out of refills and our physicians need to see you before prescribing more medication, our office will schedule an appointment for the first available date.

Disability Access

Yes, our facilities are fully ADA compliant including elevators and support systems.


If you are experiencing a true medical emergency, please call 911 or go directly to the nearest hospital. If you need to speak to a physician after hours, and it does not pertain to rescheduling a visit or refilling a prescription, please call our office at (949) 588-5800 and you will be directed to the physician on call.


Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you must cancel your appointment, please call our office at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This us to offer that time to another patient. If a patient does not cancel an appointment 24 hours in advance or fails to show up for their appointment, there will be a $35.00 fee charged to the patient account.

Insurance and Fees

We accept most major insurance plans, including HMO, PPO and Medicare plans. We invite you to call our office to verify your insurance coverage and any payment that you’ll be responsible for at your appointment. All co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of service, and we accept cash, check Visa and MasterCard.

Remote Patient Monitoring

We offer post-surgical remote patient monitoring and virtual check-ins. Our aim is to assist you in your care journey.
